5 Station Tactical Strength Circuit

Here we have a solid 5 station tactical strength circuit which is very suitable for someone looking to increase their strength and fitness both in the same workout.

It’s a 5 station circuit, each round running for 5 minutes. Take 60 seconds rest in between rounds and train for a total of 3 to 5 rounds. If you want to keep your heart rate elevated during your rest period then I recommend some jump rope.

5 Station Tactical Strength Circuit

  1. Med ball slams
  2. Pushups
  3. Jump Squats
  4. Sit ups
  5. Shrugs

Finish this with 10 minutes of sandbag carries for a great core finisher!
